Philip Conner

     Philip Conner, 54, of Veedersburg, IN, passed away at 8:00am, Monday, December 12, 2022, at his home.  He was born on August 5, 1968, in Danville, IL, the son of Jack and Vicki {Allen} Conner, both deceased.  He has enjoyed spending his life with his life-long partner, Lee Delks, who will miss him dearly.
     Phil will also be missed by his children, Lindsey (Keith) Wray, Carrie (Brandon) Thompson, Joshua (Ashley) Delks, & Barbara (Josh Long) Head; his grandchildren, Parker, Jayden, Hunter, Adyssa, Jordan, Ryan, Jeremiah, Shawn, Autumn, Summer, William, Elias, Blaze, Trynity, Oliver, & Ryder; his siblings, Mike (Tracey) Conner, Paul (Shawn) Conner, & Joe (Holly) Conner.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jackie Conner.
     Phil worked in maintenance for most of his life.  He spent his spare time hunting and cutting wood.  He also spent time with his “Precious”. Phil treasured his time spent with his family, especially his grandkids.  He was a good man and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
     A celebration of Phil’s life will be held at 6:00pm (EST), Friday, December 16, 2022, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Covington, Indiana 420 3rd St. Covington, Indiana 47932 with Todd Randles officiating.  Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm (EST) on Friday prior to his service at the funeral home.  As per his wishes, he will be accorded cremation rites.  Memorial donations may be given to his family to assist with final expenses.  Please join his family in sharing memories through his Tribute Wall at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com.
