Paula Krage Forman, 36, of Danville passed away July 26, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born October 31, 1984 in Danville to Lisa and William Krage, Sr.
She is reunited in death with her father William, grandmothers Patricia Walker and Addie Krage, grandfather Leroy Krage, and nephew Zayden Krage.
Paula leaves behind her husband Terrance Forman, Sr. and their children Kingsley, Taisley, and Terrance Forman II. She was the best mom and made taking care of her children her number one priority, always.
Her survivors also include her mom Lisa (Butch) Pollock and mother-in-law Sandra Tinsley; grandfather Mack McConnell; sisters Tabatha (James) Hammer, Sabrina Krage, Autumn Pollock, and Tabatha Forman; brothers William Krage, Jr., JeMarius Forman, DeJuante (Tabatha) Forman, Trae Tinsley, and Darren Peplow and a whole host of nieces and nephews. She was loved by so many people.
Paula’s dogs Polo, Reese, and Benben and all 18 of her hand-picked fish will miss her as well.
Whether it was online shopping or going to rummage sales, Paula loved to shop. Her family will miss all the holiday decorations she put up around the house and the beautiful garden she tended. Paula was so full of life.
A visitation will be held for Paula on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, located at 3940 N. Vermilion Street, in Danville. A funeral service celebrating her life will take place the following day on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm, also at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
