Jerry married Diana Povelones (daughter of Kasey and Josephine Povelones) on June 10, 1967.

Since retirement, Jerry and Diana have enjoyed spending time with friends and family, playing cards and sharing burgers and beers. Jerry loved hosting by cooking one of his tried & true recipes. He especially liked his “morning coffees” daily with fellow retiree buddies and swapping stories at the American Legion.
